Privacy policy

This policy explains what information the ZoroFresh apps and website collect, why we collect it and how we protect it.

Information we collect

• Account details: your name, mobile number, email address (optional) and password (stored only in encrypted form).
• Delivery details: the addresses you save and, if you allow it, your device location to find stores near you and to place the delivery pin.
• Order details: the items you order, delivery slot, payment method and order history.
• Partner details: store owners and delivery riders share business, vehicle and contact details. Riders share their live location only while they are online, so customers can track deliveries.

How we use it

• To show stores and products that deliver to you
• To process, deliver and support your orders
• To share the delivery address and contact number with the store and the rider handling your order
• To prevent fraud and keep your account secure

We do not sell your personal information. We do not show third-party advertising in the apps.

Sharing

Your details are shared only with the store and the delivery rider handling your order, and with service providers that host our systems. We may disclose information when the law requires it.

Data retention and deletion

You can delete your account at any time from Account › Delete account in the app. This removes your name, contact details, saved addresses and favourites. Order records are kept in anonymised form for accounting and legal purposes.

Security

All traffic uses HTTPS. Passwords are stored as one-way hashes. Access to customer data is limited to staff who need it to run the service.

Children

Our services are not meant for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

Changes

We may update this policy. The latest version is always available on this page.
